Administration, Konfiguration und kontinuierlicher Betrieb des Betriebsinformationssystems
Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und Datenkonsistenz für alle netzbetrieblichen Prozesse
Durchführung von Updates, Releasewechseln und Systemwartungen
Verwaltung der zugehörigen Server-, Datenbank- und Applikationslandschaft
Sicherstellung der Systemunterstützung für Bau-, Instandhaltungs- und Entstörprozesse
Analyse und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen aus dem Netzbetrieb
Weiterentwicklung der Abbildung betrieblicher Prozesse im System
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Systemen(z. B. Netzleitsystem, GIS, ERP)
Second- und Third-Level-Support für Fachbereiche und Anwender
Koordination mit Softwareherstellern und externen Dienstleistern
Ihr Profil
Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit Schwerpunkt Technik/IT.
Alternativ verfügen Sie, aufgrund von Erfahrung, über entsprechende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten.
Erfahrung im Betrieb oder in der Administration von Betriebsinformationssystemen, Instandhaltungsmanagementsystemen oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen, idealerweise im Umfeld eines Netzbetreibers
Grundverständnis für Versorgungsnetze (Strom, Gas, Wasser, Fernwärme)
Kenntnisse in netzbetrieblichen Prozessen, insbesondere im Entstörungsmanagement, in der Instandhaltung von Betriebsmitteln und in Netzbaumaßnahmen
Erfahrung in der Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in IT-Systeme
Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Fachbereichen und IT
Teamfähigkeit und bereichsübergreifendes Denken
