We have installed a system for whistleblowers, which is available to our employees and third parties to report violations of the law or rules.

- Taking and giving bribes in commercial practice (Sec 299 StGB)
- Accepting benefits (Sec 331 StGB) and granting benefits (Sec 333 StGB)
- Giving bribes (Sec 334 StGB)
- Theft (Sec 242 StGB)
- Subsidy fraud (Sec 264 StGB)
- Money laundering (Sec 261 StGB)
- Collusive tendering (Sec 298 StGB)
- Violations of antitrust law or other competition law (German Money Laundering Act (GWG), German Act against Unfair Competition (UWG)
- Offenses against the environment (Sections 324 ff. StGB)
- Breach of trade secrets (Sec 23 of the German Act on the Protection of Trade Secrets (GeschGehG)
- Tax offenses (e.g., Sec 370 of the German Fiscal Code (AO)
- Insult, (sexual) harassment, or discrimination
Reports can be submitted confidentially or, if desired, completely anonymously to one of the authorized offices.

Complaints Procedure according to the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG)
Since 01 Jan. 2024, the SWK Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern Group has been subject to the legal requirements of the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG). Our complaints procedure in accordance with the LkSG is available without restriction to whistleblowers inside and outside the Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern Group for reporting violations or emerging risks regarding the violation of human rights or environmental due diligence obligations.
