During the basic term of the contract, prices are guaranteed to remain unchanged. This guarantee, however, does not include surcharges or sales tax, or any applicable new taxes or charges. If prices are changed, paragraph three of the general contractual terms and conditions applies (as of April 2019).
The contract begins as of the specified start of delivery (relevant is the date of the order confirmation by SWK pursuant to Section 2.1 of the General Terms and Conditions) and ends on 31 December of the same year (basic term). The contract is extended by 6 months at a time unless it is cancelled in writing by one of the contract parties no later than one month prior to the end of the contract term.
